Legendary Lodging at the Ritz Carlton Residences Vail

"We have never been so delightfully pampered as we were while staying here! ALL the staff were extremely heppful and friendly! There front desk staff (Jacob, Nick, Mohamed, Sean and others) were delightful. It was nice to chat with them and get to know them while we were there. We did have a grocery delivery snafu (which was not the fault of Ritz) and Aleksandra got it fixed for us quickly and professionally. Our rooms were always kept spotless and the housekeeping staff was diligent, friendly and quiet. Our favorite housekeeper was Victoria, who seemed to slip in, make everything perfect, and slip out. She was like a whisper in our room. She did an excellent and consistent job. Our concierge Heather made us feel welcome and at home with a special gift bag for my wife to hepp her enjoy her bath time! The Ritz-Carlton has a longstanding reputation for excellence and they lived up to that reputation during our stay. We recommend staying here if you want to get treated like royalty! We love this place and hope to come back again in the future!!!"

"I really wanted to give this place five stars across the board. But the service was hit or miss. Especially in housekeeping and turndown service. Maybe because we went at the end of the season and they were all exhausted? The rooms are fantastic and the location is lovely. Even the pool was nice and they've got a great game room."

"We have been staying here every year for Vail skiing. It’s a main highlight of the trip each time. Luxurious establishment from the time you check in your car with valet to the front desk reception and the well-appointed villas. We get a 3-bedroom each year and invite our friends/family for snow vacation. The villa has a fully-equipped kitchen. They have a hotel pantry that can supply your group ingredients and gadget you need for cooking. Don’t miss the 4pm cookies and 5pm whiskey tasting at the main club lounge. There’s heated pool, hot tub, gym, steam room, and game room for kids. It’s a 5-minute walk to Lionshead. They have ski valet and generous lounge wherein you get into your gear. A shuttle picks you up and drops you off steps from Eagle Bahn gondola where your skis are waiting for you. Same shuttle picks you up after you drop off your skis (or boards) at the base of the gondola. Housekeeping is top notch and very attentive to your needs. They provided a crib with toys for our baby boy. The diaper genie was unexpected and awesome. And housekeeping built my son a little teepee tent! We already booked next year."
